Halletec have many years experience of coping with the complexities of the system and have enjoyed a high degree of success in promoting development proposals and securing planning permissions.
We are conversant with preparation of planning applications for minerals, waste, housing, leisure and recreation. Projects include quarrying for sand and gravel, inert waste disposal and recycling, canal side marinas, residential developments and holiday home parks.
In addition to the above-mentioned projects, Halletec has experience in the following use classes:
Class B – Storage and Distribution and General Industrial
Applications for Class B uses including open storage and regeneration of industrial units.
Class C – Residential uses including dwellings, residential institutions, hotels and smaller HMOs.
Applications for various Class C uses such as residential, ranging from large housing developments to small applications for dropped kerbs, including non-material amendments and discharge of conditions. We are also experienced in lawful development certificates and prior approval works for dwellings under permitted development.
Class E – Commercial, Business and Service
Falling within the new Class E for Commercial, Business and Service uses, we have experience in applications for change of use, shop extensions, and a range of types of advertisement displays.
Class F – Local Community and Learning
Experience in Class F use applications including for school extensions and the regeneration of community assets such as churches, including listed buildings.
Sui Generis – ‘Excluded from classification’
Within the sui generis use category, experience with a wide variety of applications including larger HMOs (over 6 residents), storage yards, extensions to existing businesses as well as telecommunications infrastructure.
